الطلبات المسبقة والطلبات الفورية:

Pre-Orders and Instant Orders:

• Pre-Orders:
  Products displayed in our online store that are designated as pre-order items are manufactured only after full payment is confirmed. Since these products are made-to-order, payments are non-refundable if the customer fails to receive the order without a clear and valid reason. Pre-orders are prepared and delivered or shipped within a period of 2-3 business days (excluding official holidays), unless stated otherwise. Once a pre-order is placed, paid, and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Instant Orders:
  Instant orders are prepared and delivered or shipped within a period of 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Product Details and Colors:
Seema Secret provides all necessary information regarding the requested products, including descriptions, images, colors, sizes, quantities, instructions, and prices. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all displayed details, we do not guarantee that the colors shown on our electronic platforms will perfectly match the actual product colors due to variations in screen display settings. Please refer to the text description of colors and fabrics to clear any doubts.

If our team discovers that a product has been priced incorrectly for any reason, we will contact you directly to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to cancel the order even if it was previously accepted. In such cases, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the paid amount or may modify the order.

Purchase Options and Communication:
You can purchase our products through our website either as a registered user or as a guest. In both cases, an automated email containing all necessary order information will be sent to you upon completing the purchase.

Shipping and Delivery:

• We are not responsible for any delays beyond our control, including customs delays and clearance procedures.
• Every order is tracked from the moment it leaves our warehouses until delivery to ensure its safe arrival.
• A signature is required upon delivery of the order.
• Once the order is delivered to the address specified by you, the responsibility shifts entirely to you or the person who signed for the delivery.

Damages or Defects:
We bear no responsibility for any damages or defects that do not match the details listed on our site after the order has been received, if such issues are caused by incorrect use, excessive wear, negligence, or any other form of misuse.

Pricing:
The default currency used in our showroom and on our website is the Bahraini Dinar (BHD). The customer is solely responsible for all international bank transfer fees, including (but not limited to) currency conversion fees. You can contact our team directly to obtain the equivalent purchase amount in your preferred currency.

Product prices are typically set at the beginning of each season, but they are subject to change. However, any changes in prices will not affect orders that have already been placed and fully paid. All prices and offers remain valid as announced from time to time and according to each supplier.

Payment:
We currently accept payments via credit cards and debit cards, in addition to the BenefitPay application and cash payments in our showroom. On the Seema Secret website, we exclusively accept credit and debit card payments. Please note the following:

1. All card payment transactions on our website are processed through a secure payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure hosted environment.
2. By confirming your order on our website, you acknowledge that the card used for payment belongs to you or that you have been legally authorized to use it by its owner.
3. The amount will be deducted from your account immediately upon order confirmation. However, all orders are subject to website acceptance and product availability. If your order is rejected for any reason, you will receive a refund within up to 14 business days.
4. We bear no responsibility for any delays, non-delivery, or cancellation of the order if your card-issuing bank refuses to authorize the payment on our website.

Special Appendix: Pre-Order Terms and Conditions for “Magic Body Lotion”

1. This order constitutes a pre-order for the Magic Body Lotion product.
2. Booking confirmation requires full payment at the time of ordering; Cash on Delivery (COD) or showroom cash payment is not available for this product.
3. All payments are final, non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable after order confirmation.
4. The product will be delivered without its original outer box due to current logistics circumstances; it will arrive sealed in its original and secure factory plastic packaging to ensure product safety and quality.
5. The expected delivery timeframe is approximately two months (60 days) from the date of booking confirmation.
6. The shipment may be subject to delays due to exceptional global shipping and international transportation challenges. In case of early arrival, you will be contacted directly to coordinate delivery.
7. By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above in a final and irrevocable manner.
